Prices and offers may change at any time without notice.

Delivery time depends on the courier’s performance.

Placing an order means you agree to all our policies.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing error, stock issue, or suspicious activity.

Payment security:
Payments are handled by secure gateways. We do not store card or UPI details.

We do not sell or misuse your data.
Data is shared only with delivery partners for order fulfilment.

Cookies:

Refunds Policy

Refund Policy – MitraCart

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been inspected.
Unboxing video is mandatory.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund is credited to the original payment method (UPI, Card, Wallet, etc).

For COD orders:
Refund will be provided via bank transfer or store coupon as mutually agreed.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Policy – MitraCart

Eligible Returns:
Only damaged, defective, or incorrect products are eligible for return or exchange.

You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
Unboxing video is mandatory for approval.

Product must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • With all accessories

Non-returnable Items:

  • Used products
  • Personal care or hygiene items after opening
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Clearance or discounted products (if mentioned)

Return Process:
Contact our support first Either on WhatsApp or E-mail.
If approved, we will provide return instructions.
After receiving and inspection, exchange or refund will be processed.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy – MitraCart

Order Processing Time:
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Shipping Duration:
Delivery across India generally takes 3–7 working days. Delivery time may vary for remote locations.

Shipping Charges:
Free shipping on orders above ₹299.
A flat shipping fee of ₹59 is charged on orders below ₹299.

Courier Partner:
We use Shiprocket and its courier partners to deliver orders.
Tracking details are shared via SMS, Email or WhatsApp after dispatch.

Delays:
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cod (Cash on delivery) Charge

A Cash on Delivery (COD) charge of ₹40 (inclusive of GST) is applicable on all COD orders.

The COD charge is non-refundable once the order is placed.

COD charge is added to the final payable amount at checkout.

This charge covers handling, processing, and courier COD fees.

In case of order cancellation or refusal at delivery, the COD charge will not be refunded.

Mitra Cart reserves the right to change COD charges at any time without prior notice.

COD is offered as a convenience service, and additional charges apply to cover logistics and payment handling costs.
