Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been inspected.
Unboxing video is mandatory.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund is credited to the original payment method (UPI, Card, Wallet, etc).
For COD orders:
Refund will be provided via bank transfer or store coupon as mutually agreed.

Eligible Returns:
damaged, non-defective, defective, or incorrect products are eligible for return or exchange.
You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
Unboxing video is mandatory for approval.
Product must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- With all accessories
Non-returnable Items:
- Used products
- Personal care or hygiene items after opening
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Clearance or discounted products (if mentioned)

After receiving and inspection, exchange or refund will be processed.
