Account Deletion Request
At MitraCart, users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
To request account deletion:
- Send an email to support@mitracart.co.in
- Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”
- Include your registered email address and mobile number.
What will be deleted:
- Account information
- Personal profile information
- Saved addresses
What may be retained:
- Order and invoice records required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.
